Please add support for the http-proxy parameter to the interface (or at least don't delete it from the config if I add it manually ;)

For those of us who have to connect to VPN via a proxy server, it's a show-stopper :)

Turns out if it's added on the advanced/custom tab for openvpn it will stick, but the requirement to have a hostname (enforced by shimo) seems to conflict with the http-proxy setting.
